Our Christmas Opening Hours are as follows:
Friday 22nd December – Normal Opening Hours – 9.00am – 5.00pm
Saturday 23rd December – Monday 1st January – CLOSED
Tuesday 2nd January 2018 – Normal Hours Resume – 9.00am – 5.00pm
As some of you may be aware as of the 1st October we will be changing over our Legal Company to BDELite.
The Motor Legal package now on offer includes 14 day Emergency Hire Car.
The Household Legal package now on offer includes Identity Theft Resolution Service.
All policies still offer the same as our previous provider but now include this added extras.

Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) increasing from 10% to 12%
From the 1st June 2017 the standard rate of Insurance Premium Tax (IPT) was increased from 10% to 12%.
All new policies and renewals that start on or after 1st June 2017 will be charged at the new IPT rate of 12%. Any mid-term adjustments to these policies that generate an additional premium will also be charged at the new IPT rate of 12%.
All mid-term adjustments that generate a return premium will usually be refunded at the IPT charged at the policy start date.

As of the 1st March 2017, if you are caught using your Mobile Phone whilst driving you will now receive a £200 fine and 6 penalty points on your Licence, compared to a previous £100 fine and 3 penalty points
